1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SmartStudy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this platform.

3. Credits & Payment

  • New users receive 5 free credits upon registration.
  • Each credit costs ₹5 (Indian Rupees).
  • A minimum of 5 credits is required to generate a test.
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload copyrighted content that you do not have permission to use.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Use automated tools to abuse the AI generation service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Questions and assessments generated by SmartStudy AI are for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. SmartStudy does not guarantee the accuracy of all generated questions and answers.

6. Intellectual Property

The SmartStudy platform, including its design, logo, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of SmartStudy. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant SmartStudy a license to process it for service delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

SmartStudy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
